The Role
- Manage and grow a commercial recruitment desk Perms (Admin, Customer Service, HR, Sales Support, etc.)
- Win new business through proactive sales activity (calls, meetings, networking)
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
- Work towards achievable but rewarding targets
