The Opportunity We are seeking a commercially focused
Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure and construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring effective cost management, commercial control, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, identify commercial risks, and report on performance.
- Procure, manage, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying or commercial role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts is desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a team.
