Salary: £30,000 + DOE (Dependent on Experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the busy Parts Department at a successful Škoda and Toyota dealership in Trowbridge.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts for customer requirements
- Processing parts orders, deliveries, returns, and warranty claims
- Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements
- Providing outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Ensuring the parts department remains clean, organised, and efficient
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve departmental targets
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts department
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic
- Salary of £30,000 + DOE
