The Regional HSQE Advisor will provide practical support, assurance and guidance across operational projects, helping to drive continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance. The role will involve regular interaction with Site Managers, Engineers and operational teams across the contract, ensuring company procedures, client standards and legal requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a positive health & safety culture across operational projects
- Provide HSQE guidance and support to site and delivery teams
- Carry out inspections, audits and assurance activities
- Support accident, incident and near miss investigations
- Monitor compliance with company and client procedures
- Ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented
- Assist with HSQE reporting and trend analysis
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety campaigns
- Build strong working relationships with operational teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience within construction, civils or infrastructure environments
- Good understanding of incident investigation processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to engage positively with site teams and management
