The Role:

• Managing a busy Industrial desk (warehouse, manufacturing, logistics)
• Filling high-volume temp bookings and building strong client relationships
• Developing new business opportunities across Bradford and surrounding areas
• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates quickly and efficiently
• Delivering a full 360 recruitment service

• Recruitment experience (Industrial)
• Strong sales mindset and ability to work at pace
