We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an established, family-owned volume main dealer, who are looking to add an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to their growing team in Braintree. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its people and facilities, with a brand-new, purpose-built workshop and a strong reputation in the local market.
The Role
- Servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
- Working efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Collaborating with the wider workshop team to deliver excellent results
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience within a main dealer or busy workshop environment is advantageous
Package & Benefits
- Basic salary between £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
- Performance-related bonus + annual bonus

- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
