MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician - Bristol

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable independent garage in the Bristol area, looking to add a skilled MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong mechanical background and a passion for vehicle safety to join a professional and supportive workshop environment.
The Role:
- Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
- Inspecting key vehicle components including brakes, suspension, tyres, lights and exhaust systems
- Identifying faults and advising on necessary repairs
- Completing accurate documentation for all inspections and tests
- Supporting with minor repairs and adjustments where required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Keeping up to date with MOT and industry standards
What We're Looking For:
- Valid MOT Tester licence (DVSA recognised)
- Strong mechanical knowledge across a range of vehicle systems
- Experience using workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
- High attention to detail and a safety-first approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
