We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established recruitment business in Nottingham for 2 Account Managers to join their Driving team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager or Recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships and managing existing clients but is looking to move away from a heavily sales-focused role.
The Role
You will be responsible for servicing and developing a portfolio of existing driving recruitment clients, working with established accounts and helping to grow and strengthen those relationships. Importantly, there is NO SALES / COLD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT involved in this role. You will be working from a warm desk, with established clients who require a high level of service and continued development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Providing a high-quality service to established driving clients
- Understanding client requirements and ensuring they are fulfilled
- Recruiting and supplying drivers to support your accounts
- Building strong relationships with candidates and drivers
- Managing the day-to-day requirements of your client accounts
- Identifying opportunities to further develop existing accounts
- Working closely with the wider recruitment team to deliver an excellent service
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience within recruitment, account management or a similar client-facing role
- Enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships
- Is organised and able to manage multiple client requirements
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is motivated and proactive
- Can work well in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Has a genuine interest in developing existing business and delivering great service
