We’re looking for a committed and experienced Team Leader to support adults with complex needs in a vibrant supported living setting.
Job Overview:
Role: Team Leader
Location: Dinnington – S25
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £12.60 per hour + shift enhancement
Shift rota:
Days: 7am until 3pm
Afters: 3pm until 11pm
Nights: 11pm until 7am
Other hours also available; flexibility required across evenings and weekends.

About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality care and overseeing daily operations across the service. You’ll support adults with:
Learning disabilities and autism
Challenging behaviours
Sensory impairments and communication difficulties
You will:
Lead by example in delivering person-centred care
Supervise and support Support Workers on shift
Ensure care plans and risk assessments are up to date and followed
Deliver personal care and assist with daily living tasks when needed
Manage shift handovers and contribute to team meetings
Respond to incidents and escalate where necessary
Liaise with families, professionals, and other stakeholders
Promote choice, dignity, and independence in all aspects of care
What You’ll Need:
A caring, proactive, and confident attitude
Experience supporting people with complex needs in social care
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (essential)
Strong organisational and communication skills
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care (preferred)
Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding procedures
