Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the performance and growth of the Rugby branch
- Managing and developing a team of consultants and resourcers
- Driving new business across Industrial sectors (warehouse, logistics, manufacturing)
- Growing existing client accounts and increasing branch revenue
- Leading from the front with your own billing activity
- Setting KPIs, coaching, and creating a high-performance culture
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in Industrial recruitment (temp preferred)
- Leadership experience OR a strong Senior Consultant ready to step up
- Consistent billing track record
- Commercially driven with strong business development skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and grow a successful team
