What you'll be doing
- Managing and growing a Construction recruitment desk
- Building strong client relationships across contractors and developers
- Sourcing and placing top talent (white collar and/or trades & labour)
- Winning new business and developing your own client base
- Delivering a full 360 recruitment service

- Experience in recruitment (Construction preferred, but not essential)
- Strong sales mindset and resilience
