Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment team in Nottingham. This role will focus on temporary or permanent recruitment, working closely with colleagues within an established team that already supports a strong client base across the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
You will manage a full 360 recruitment desk, developing relationships with both new and existing clients while placing candidates into temporary or permanent roles.
The Role - 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Making sales calls to potential new clients to win new business
- Attending client meetings and site visits to build relationships and understand hiring needs
- Recruiting for temporary or permanent roles within Engineering and Manufacturing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary or permanent positions
- Managing candidate availability, bookings and placements
- Working closely with colleagues within a successful and growing recruitment team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Experience managing temporary or permanent recruitment
- Confident speaking with clients and conducting client visits
- Driven, motivated and commercially focused
