Are you a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to join a friendly and supportive dealership group where your skills are valued and rewarded? We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop in Christchurch, working across Skoda, Omoda, Jaecoo and a variety of non-franchise vehicles.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and MOT testing while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- General servicing and repairs on Skoda, Omoda, Jaecoo and non-franchise vehicles
- MOT testing
- Completing Video Health Check reports
- Vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
- Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
- Warranty repairs in line with Skoda manufacturer standards
- Accurate completion of job cards and workshop documentation
- Maintaining excellent workshop housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- MOT Licence
- Main dealer experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Willingness to attend manufacturer training courses
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 - £38,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Bonus scheme with realistic targets
- Additional earnings of up to £3,000 per year for working every other Saturday morning
- Overtime paid at time and a half

Working Hours
