Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and online.
- Prepare quotations using company pricing systems.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up quotations and identify new sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team with CRM updates and customer records.
- Learn about fabrication, sheet metal, welding and engineering products.
- Assist with marketing activities and social media promotions.
