Jibworx is looking for an organised, proactive, event-focused person to help plan and deliver our growing calendar of snowsports events, rail jams, brand activations, festival projects, music-led events, pop-up parties, stage builds, and resort events across the UK and Europe.
Freestyle snowsports is our bread and butter, but Jibworx is also growing into wider event production, including festivals, brand activations, music events, stage builds, sound, lighting, and large-scale experiential projects.
This is a key role within a growing events company, focused on project management, planning, logistics, communication, admin, and operational coordination.
You’ll work closely with the Director, Event Manager, clients, partners, suppliers, freelancers, and the wider Jibworx team to keep projects moving and make sure events are properly planned and delivered.
This is not a full-time on-the-ground crew role. The role includes selected UK and European event travel, but the main focus is planning, organisation, project coordination, and making sure everything is ready before the team gets on site.
We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of event experience, strong organisational skills, confidence with people, and a genuine interest in snowsports, music, outdoor events, brand activations, or live event culture.
Experience in events, festivals, operations, production support, brand activations, outdoor events, brand marketing, music events, or project coordination would be ideal.
Start: June
Full-time season: From September
Location: UK-based, South of England preferred
Contract: Seasonal Full-Time Contract
Salary/package: Dependent on experience, with opportunity for progression as the role and company grow.
