Who we are looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in any field related
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, structured and a desire to learn and succeed
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills to handle administrative and data-related tasks efficiently
- Preferably a local candidate or someone who speaks Malay, to assist in reviewing government documents and news when needed
- Available for a minimum of 3-months period
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with a cross-functional team (Development, Marketing, Customer Success and others)
- Assist in researching and understanding payroll laws, regulations, and HR-related policies
- Help review and summarize government announcements, news, or updates related to payroll and employment
- Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments to improve payroll processes and efficiency
- Provide administrative support for development team
