Who we are looking for:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field related
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, structured and a desire to learn and succeed
  • Strong analytical and comprehension skills to handle administrative and data-related tasks efficiently
  • Preferably a local candidate or someone who speaks Malay, to assist in reviewing government documents and news when needed
  • Available for a minimum of 3-months period

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with a cross-functional team (Development, Marketing, Customer Success and others)
  • Assist in researching and understanding payroll laws, regulations, and HR-related policies
  • Help review and summarize government announcements, news, or updates related to payroll and employment
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments to improve payroll processes and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support for development team
