About The Job: We are growing fast and looking to hire a Junior Product Manager with a strong interest in SaaS and product development to help us reach our growth goals. As a Junior Product Manager at PayrollPanda, you will support the end‐to‐end product lifecycle from research, planning, and execution to post‐release analysis. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams and have direct input in shaping product improvements and new initiatives. Who we are looking for:

  • Preferably Malaysian
  • 2-3 years of experience in product, business analysis, or a related role (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Self‐driven, analytical, structured and high attention to details
  • Good communication skills and enjoys working with cross‐functional teams
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and Agile is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar
  • Fluent in English

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in researching user needs, industry trends, and competitor insights
  • Support in planning and prioritising the product roadmap for PayrollPanda
  • Collaborate with a cross‐functional team to ensure seamless feature delivery
  • Participate in product testing, quality checks and release validation
  • Monitor product performance and help prepare regular product insights and reports
  • Support ad‐hoc product initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and user experience
