About The Job: We are growing fast and looking to hire a Junior Product Manager with a strong interest in SaaS and product development to help us reach our growth goals. As a Junior Product Manager at PayrollPanda, you will support the endâtoâend product lifecycle from research, planning, and execution to postârelease analysis. You will work closely with crossâfunctional teams and have direct input in shaping product improvements and new initiatives. Who we are looking for:
- Preferably Malaysian
- 2-3 years of experience in product, business analysis, or a related role (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Selfâdriven, analytical, structured and high attention to details
- Good communication skills and enjoys working with crossâfunctional teams
- Basic understanding of product development processes and Agile is an advantage
- Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar
- Fluent in English
Your responsibilities will include:
