We are urgently recruiting PhDs and senior researchers in the field of New Energy — including but not limited to Energy Materials, Renewable Energy Systems, Hydrogen Energy, Photovoltaics, Energy Storage, and Green Chemistry.

Candidates with backgrounds in polymers, advanced functional materials, catalysis, or sustainable energy technologies are especially encouraged to apply.

Introduction to the Recruiting Unit

We recruit overseas PhDs in science and engineering to carry out industry–university–research cooperation with top Chinese universities, research institutes, and enterprises.

Full-time or part-time (online) cooperation is welcome.

Position Direction – New Energy Focus

Energy Materials & Devices: Batteries, Supercapacitors, Fuel Cells

Renewable Energy Technologies: Solar, Wind, Hydrogen Energy Systems

Energy Efficiency & Storage: Photovoltaics, Solid-State Batteries, Grid Energy Storage

Green Chemistry & Sustainable Materials: Catalysis, Circular Materials, Carbon Capture & Utilization

New Energy Vehicles (NEVs): Power Batteries, Lightweight Materials, Energy Management Systems

Advanced Functional Materials for Energy: Nanomaterials, Conductive Polymers, Thermal Management

Interdisciplinary backgrounds combining materials science, chemical engineering, and renewable energy systems are highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cutting-edge research in renewable energy and energy materials

Publish high-quality papers in top international journals

Apply for national or international funding in the energy field

Supervise graduate students or junior researchers (if applicable)

Collaborate with domestic and overseas partners to translate research into applications

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: USD $40,000 – $250,000+ (negotiable)

Research Startup Funding: Up to USD $400,000

Housing & Settlement Support: Up to USD $400,000

Additional support for visas, hukou, healthcare, children’s education, and talent housing
