About the Opportunity

We are supporting applications for the National Talent Program, a flagship initiative designed to attract world-class scientists and technology leaders to collaborate with top universities, national laboratories, and leading high-tech enterprises. This opportunity is flexible, international-friendly, and open to remote or hybrid participation at the early stage.

Target Candidates

  • PhD-level researchers with strong international backgrounds in STEM fields, including but not limited to:
    • Chemistry & Materials
    • Physics & Semiconductor Devices
    • AI, IT, Advanced Manufacturing
  • Overseas Associate Professor / Senior Researcher / Principal Scientist
  • Senior technical leaders in industry
  • Researchers with strong publications, patents, or project experience
  • Candidates currently based outside China (or returned after Jan 1, 2025)

Work Model

  • Flexible engagement: full-time, part-time, or project-based
  • Remote participation supported during the initial period
  • On-site presence can be arranged flexibly based on project needs
  • No requirement to relocate immediately
  • Annual salary: ~USD 200,000 (varies by host institution and role)
  • One-time govt grant upon selection: up to USD 300,000
  • Additional research funding may be available for strong candidates
