Polite and courteous behaviour is essential. Responsible for housekeeping, maintenance, and cleanliness of the Branch. Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer service, being polite and courteous when greeting the guest. Self-discipline on personal hygiene, maintain cleanliness at all times and be presentable. Attentive to customers' needs at all times. Handle customer enquiries, requests, and booking of appointments; able to establish long-term customer relationships. Assist TCM practitioner in herb application, acupuncture, and cupping for customers to relieve pain. Hard working and alert.
