Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are working in partnership with a global, high-growth professional services organisation to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Contracting). Our client operates internationally within a specialist, highly regulated sector, supporting large-scale transformation programmes for a diverse client base. The Role

This is a senior position within the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for leading and shaping the organisation’s contractor recruitment strategy. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery for complex hires, ensure compliance across regions, and act as the key point of expertise for all contracting activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the global contracting recruitment strategy
