Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Lead Site Manager to take responsibility for a key project in Plymouth.
The Project
You will lead the delivery of a £5m design & build scheme, involving the replacement of roof and cladding systems on an existing building. This is a technically focused project requiring strong coordination, programme management, and attention to detail to ensure minimal disruption and high-quality execution.
The Role
As Lead Site Manager, you will take full site responsibility, reporting to the Project Manager and overseeing all site operations from start to completion. Key responsibilities include:
