We are partnering with a high-growth, global consulting firm to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will lead experienced hire recruitment, primarily across the UK with additional global scope, and will be based in Leeds. We’re looking for someone with an agency recruitment background, ideally within the professional services or consultancy industry with strong communication skills, and extensive recruitment experience. The company is based in Leeds City Centre and is a hybrid role, requiring you to work in the office 2–3 days per week. The salary for this position ranges from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum + bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sourcing across multiple roles and hiring areas, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through market mapping, targeted outreach, and ongoing candidate engagement.
- Stakeholder partnership with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on sourcing strategies, provide pipeline updates, and support alignment through offer stages.
- Candidate management end to end across the recruitment lifecycle, including screening, assessing fit and expectations, ensuring a strong candidate experience and supporting offer delivery and closure.
- Agency management including selecting and briefing agencies, negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and supporting effective use in line with overall sourcing strategy.
- Team engagement and collaboration across Talent Acquisition and the wider People function to align hiring priorities, share insights, and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Experience, skill set and/or qualifications:
- Experience in financial or professional services recruitment.
- Hands on experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting with strong LinkedIn Recruiter capability.
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills, including advising on sourcing strategy and managing expectations.
- Experience assessing candidate fit, compensation alignment, and closing candidates effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines while maintaining pace and quality.
- A university degree (2:1 or above in UK, or global equivalent).
- Experience working with recruitment agencies and reviewing performance.
