Our client operates internationally within a specialist, highly regulated sector, supporting large-scale transformation programmes for a diverse client base. The Role
This is a senior position within the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for leading and shaping the organisation’s contractor recruitment strategy. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery for complex hires, ensure compliance across regions, and act as the key point of expertise for all contracting activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the global contracting recruitment strategy
- Oversee delivery of contractor hiring for key and complex roles
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. IR35)
- Manage agency and supplier relationships
- Build and maintain a contractor talent pipeline
- Partner with senior stakeholders and TA teams across the business

- Strong background in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with a focus on contracting
