- Improving CRM, telephony and sales processes to increase productivity and customer engagement
- Monitoring pipeline health, forecasting, conversion rates and customer journeys
- Using performance data and customer insight to identify areas for improvement and new commercial opportunities
- Establishing reporting, governance and succession-planning frameworks to support the function’s long-term growth
- Ensuring all activity meets the required regulatory, compliance and data-protection standards
About you: We’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded sales leader who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery. You’ll ideally bring:

- A customer-focused, consultative approach, particularly when dealing with sensitive or personal circumstances
What’s on offer:
- Competitive salary and bonus opportunity
- The chance to build and shape a new national sales function
- Genuine autonomy and visibility within a growing business
