About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing and highly successful healthcare business, is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join their busy marketing team on an initial temporary basis. With both the sales and marketing functions experiencing significant growth, this newly created role will provide essential support to the wider marketing team, ensuring campaigns, materials and day-to-day activities run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone looking to take their first step into a marketing career. No previous marketing experience is required; instead, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.

Initially, the role will focus on marketing administration and coordination, but there is genuine long-term potential for the successful candidate to become fully immersed in the marketing function and develop their career within a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and processing literature, marketing material and product sample requests
  • Managing and updating requests through Salesforce
  • Organising and distributing printed marketing materials
  • Supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date
  • Assisting with the smooth running of day-to-day marketing activities
  • Providing support across various marketing projects as required
