The Opportunity We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services organisation for an Administrator to join their growing operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role No two days are the same in this varied position.

Responsibilities will include: Managing a busy shared inbox and ensuring enquiries are actioned efficiently.

Reviewing information and documentation to ensure it meets internal processes and quality standards.

Coordinating and allocating incoming work across internal systems.

Processing electronic documentation and monitoring workflow progress.

Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate records across internal case management systems.

Building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure an excellent service is delivered.

Identifying issues, escalating where appropriate and contributing ideas to improve processes.

Managing multiple priorities whilst ensuring deadlines and service levels consistently achieved.

About You To be successful in this role you'll ideally have: Previous administration experience within a professional services, legal, financial services or corporate office environment.

Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive approach and confidence taking ownership of your workload.

Experience using case management, CRM or other database systems would be advantageous, although training will be provided.

An understanding of GDPR and handling confidential information appropriately.

What's on Offer £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
