Our client, a leading and fast-growing brand in the interiors sector, is looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Customer Service Adviser to join their Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a luxury retailer where customer service is at the heart of everything they do.

The Role: You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service across phone, email, and live chat, resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately, ideally at the first point of contact.

  • Handling inbound calls and emails professionally, providing clear and accurate information
  • Responding to website live chat queries and identifying customer needs
  • Proactive communication regarding orders, deliveries, and resolving issues
  • Liaising with 3rd party couriers
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring a clear audit trail
  • Taking ownership of queries and following them through to resolution

About You:

  • Previous office experience with a professional phone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload efficiently
  • Experience in B2C or e-commerce customer service is advantageous, but full training will be provided
  • A friendly, empathetic approach to customers while maintaining professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
