Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 per annum DOE + Car Allowance + Benefits Package

Regional Main Contractor

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent, office-based role.

Quantity Surveyor Role:

  • Office-based role covering projects across North and Mid Devon
  • Running 1-3 projects at any one time, depending on value and complexity
  • Project values up to 5m across new build housing, heritage, commercial, and public sector work
  • Estimating projects before running them commercially through to completion
  • Full commercial management from pre-construction to final account
  • Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and payment applications
  • Procuring and managing subcontract packages, including tendering and valuing works
  • Cost reporting, forecasting, and monitoring project profitability
  • Managing variations, change control, and contract compliance
  • Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
