An established main contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and refurbishment projects across the South West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a 10m commercial build and refurbishment scheme on the Isles of Scilly.
The Role
Working under a site-based Project Manager, you will take ownership of the internal fit out stages of the project through to completion. This is a hands-on management role, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are maintained across all internal works packages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the internal fit out phase from strip-out through to practical completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades to maintain programme
- Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day site operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
