Vacancy: Sales Executive Location: Exeter, Devon Salary: £39,879.93 per annum OTE JHP Recruitment are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our vehicle leasing client based in Exeter, Devon on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven experience in telesales, generating profit, exceeding KPIs, and face-to-face and online networking. Main Accountabilities: * Attending customer-facing visits with the Local Business team, to learn the company way of B2B selling * Being a crucial part of the customer journey, acting as an important contact for the customer * Finding opportunities through outbound prospecting, face-to-face networking, and social media engagement * Generating appointments for the department, working with the existing database * Being the point of contact for customers, post-delivery and throughout their contract * Reigniting lost customers, using the CRM database to highlight opportunities to the department * Establishing and maintaining strong and loyal relationships with key stakeholders and dealerships * Taking responsibility for own deal administration Skills Required: * Enthusiasm and passion for selling, particularly vehicles and/or contract hire or leasing industries * Motivated, articulate, and great communication skills * Has sound knowledge of financial product, and trained in sales and/or telesales Working Hours: * 08:30-18:00 (1hr lunch) Monday to Friday * Some Saturday mornings on a rota What’s on offer: * £39,897.93 per annum OTE * Car Benefit Scheme * 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) * Pension Scheme * Employee Assistance Programme * Perkbox * Life Assurance * Enhanced Sick Pay * Training & Support * Cycle to Work Scheme * Eye Care Vouchers * Long Service Awards If interested in these roles, please apply here or call Tasha at JHP Recruitment
