Your Role

As a Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist – Community Innovation, you’ll become a trusted clinical partner to local GP practices, supporting patients through high-quality consultations, preventative healthcare and an expanding range of NHS and private services.

You’ll have the opportunity to

• Deliver advanced clinical services including Pharmacy First, hypertension case finding, oral contraception, weight management, vaccination services and future commissioned services.
• Work collaboratively with GP practices and the wider multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Help develop and launch new clinical initiatives that shape the future of community pharmacy.
• Build long‑term relationships with patients by providing proactive, patient-centred care.
• Inspire your pharmacy team and help create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
