JHE are working with a highly respected and established retail business in Skipton, who are looking for a finance assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity working in an established finance team, working across transactional finance and reconciliations. Reporting to the finance manager and joining an existing team of 7, the chosen candidate will be responsible for carrying out an array of transactional duties so as to maintain an accurate record of assets, liabilities and profit and loss for the wider group.
Duties include:
- Purchase Ledger - Coding Invoices, updating Ledger for month end, ensuring correct authorisation across the Group.
- Carry out monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Prepare regular Supplier reports.
