JHE & Partners are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a wonderful charity based in Brighouse as they look to recruit an Office Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will have a broad range of skills and experience, be confident managing a small team of as well as working closely with customers and suppliers. Key duties will include:
- Responsible for day to day bookkeeping using Xero software
- Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing petty cash
- Liaise with external accountants regarding monthly and annual accounts
- Responsible for all administration and compliance with governing bodies
- Managing team workload, ensuring everyone is aware of personal and organisational objectives
- Supporting the CEO with PA duties
- Many other ad hoc tasks required as Office Manager of a small office admin function
