We’re supporting a high-growth, international tech company on a time-critical interim hire to bridge a senior gap in their legal team. They’re entering a late-stage funding round, with a sharp spike in legal workload over the next 4–8 weeks and need someone who can step in and deliver from day one.
The role (interim 1 to 3 months):
- You’ll act as a senior in-house corporate lawyer, supporting on:
- Fundraising (investor / shareholder documentation)
- M&A activity
- Corporate governance & board matters
- Commercial contracts and project coordination
- Managing external counsel where needed
What they need:
- Strong corporate generalist (this is key)
- Confident across investment agreements, shareholder docs, governance
- Able to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable coordinating with external counsel vs doing everything yourself
- In-house or secondment mindset preferred
The setup:
- Start: ideally 20 May (or earlier)
- 3–4 days/week (flexible up to full-time if needed)
- Hybrid / remote (Europe-friendly)
