We're currently working on a highly interesting interim Employment Lawyer mandate with a leading global financial services business. This is a strategic 6–12 month assignment supporting a major corporate integration programme, with significant exposure to:

  • Corporate employment law
  • Executive compensation and incentive structures
  • TUPE and organisational integration
  • Senior exits and restructurings
  • M&A / transactional support
  • Cross-border employment matters

The environment is sophisticated, fast-paced and highly stakeholder-facing, working closely with senior Legal, HR and Reward teams.

We’re particularly interested in lawyers with:

  • Strong corporate employment background
  • Top-tier private practice training and/or high-quality in-house FS experience
  • Exposure to executive reward / LTIPs / remuneration structures
  • Transactional and integration experience
  • Confidence operating autonomously at senior level
