We're currently working on a highly interesting interim Employment Lawyer mandate with a leading global financial services business. This is a strategic 6–12 month assignment supporting a major corporate integration programme, with significant exposure to:
- Corporate employment law
- Executive compensation and incentive structures
- TUPE and organisational integration
- Senior exits and restructurings
- M&A / transactional support
- Cross-border employment matters
The environment is sophisticated, fast-paced and highly stakeholder-facing, working closely with senior Legal, HR and Reward teams. We’re particularly interested in lawyers with:
- Strong corporate employment background
- Top-tier private practice training and/or high-quality in-house FS experience
- Exposure to executive reward / LTIPs / remuneration structures
- Transactional and integration experience
- Confidence operating autonomously at senior level
