Product Manager
Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are excited to be recruiting a Product Manager for a growing healthcare business based in Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in medical device product management and marketing to take ownership of an established portfolio and help bring new products to market.
Working closely with commercial and technical teams, you’ll combine market insight, customer understanding and commercial thinking to support product development and growth.
The role will involve:
• Managing products throughout their lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to launch and ongoing development.
• Developing product positioning, marketing plans and sales support materials.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Supporting pricing, forecasting and portfolio performance.
• Coordinating projects across internal teams and building relationships with external stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience in product management and marketing within the medical device industry.
• A track record of managing portfolios and delivering product launches.
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
• The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
• A proactive approach and confidence managing multiple priorities.
The position offers hybrid working from Leeds , a competitive salary and bonus scheme , and a comprehensive benefits package. Some UK travel and occasional international travel may be required.
