Role Overview:
The UK – Europe Country Head will be responsible for defining and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, market expansion, and business development in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user growth, sales, and business development within the crypto, fintech, or blockchain industry. This role requires deep market knowledge, strategic leadership, and the ability to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to drive both institutional and retail user acquisition.
2.Lead the business development, partnerships, and sales functions, working closely with both institutional and retail clients.
3.Build and manage a high-performing local team across growth, marketing, and business development.
4.Identify and execute strategic partnerships to enhance the company\’s presence in the UK and European markets.
5.Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to optimize business expansion efforts.
6.Work cross-functionally with global teams, including product, marketing, compliance, and risk management, to ensure regional alignment.
7.Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand recognition.
8.Ensure compliance with local regulations and work closely with legal teams to navigate the evolving crypto landscape.
Key Requirements:
1.8-15 years of experience in user growth, business development, or sales within the crypto, fintech, or digital assets industry.
2.Proven track record in scaling businesses, driving user acquisition, and managing revenue growth in digital finance or crypto trading.
3.Strong network within the crypto and financial ecosystem, including institutional investors, retail users, payment providers, and regulators.
4.Ability to lead and execute go-to-market strategies in a dynamic and highly competitive industry.
5.Deep understanding of crypto trading platforms, liquidity strategies, and market-making mechanisms.
6.Experience managing multi-functional teams and scaling regional operations.
7.Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
8.Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
