Team Leader in Pyle

Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are seeking an experienced Team Leader on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in the Bridgend area.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting a team of Assembly Operators to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Assembly Operators.
• Provide hands‑on support within the production and assembly environment.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance across the team.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Assist with problem‑solving and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ideally from an engineering or mechanical background.
• Hands‑on approach with a willingness to support the team on the shop floor.
• Competent in the use of hand and power tools, including cordless drills and assembly equipment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.
