Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Brake Press machines (Edward Pearson & Bystronic) using Cybelec controls.

  • Set up and run pre-programmed jobs according to production requirements.
  • Ensure work is produced to the correct quality standards and specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings where necessary.
  • Perform regular quality checks during production.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Report any issues with machinery or production to supervisors promptly.
  • Candidate Requirements

    • Proven experience operating CNC Brake Press machinery.
    • Familiarity with Edward Pearson and Bystronic presses (advantageous).
    • Experience with Cybelec control systems preferred.
    • Ability to work accurately and follow instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
    • No programming experience required – all jobs are pre-programmed.

    Hourly Rate

    Β£13.50 per hour

    Hours of work

    Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:15 PM
