Overview

We are looking for a temporary Payroll Coordinator for a few months.

Responsibilities

  • Process Payroll from start to finish.
  • Support the wider HR team with administration/ transactional support.

Qualifications

  • Previous payroll administration experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable (e.g., hourly and salary pay).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel including formulas.
  • Experience of ADP is essential.
  • Experience handling large volumes of data.
  • Experience working with an HR Information Database System.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; excellent attention to detail; experience in payroll administration; experience working within an HR department; excellent written and oral communication skills.

Additional information

  • A full job spec is available for candidates who are interested in this vacancy.
  • Hours can be full time or part time.
  • Salary Β£25,000 per annum.
  • Transport is required due to location.
