Role Overview
The Product Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to launch and ongoing range management. This position is central to ensuring products are delivered on time, accurately maintained within internal systems, and successfully brought to market. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments including Sourcing, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development Support: Assist in coordinating new product development projects from concept through to launch, maintain product development timelines and critical paths, liaise with suppliers and internal teams to track progress and ensure deadlines are met, support sample management and approval processes.
- Data & Systems Management: Set up and maintain accurate product data within internal systems, create and manage product specification documentation, ensure all product information (dimensions, materials, packaging, barcodes, pricing) is accurate and up to date, support product costing and benchmarking activities.
- Category Support: Assist with range reviews and product performance analysis, compile competitor research and relevant market insights.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Graphics and Marketing teams to provide product information for launches, support the Sales team with product data, imagery, and documentation, liaise with Supply Chain to monitor stock levels and manage product transitions, coordinate packaging updates and artwork approvals.
- General Product Team Support: Prepare presentations and internal reporting documentation, maintain organised product files and records, support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required.

Compensation and Hours
- Salary: £29,440 + monthly bonuses (depending on company performance).
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week).
