As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities across Europe. You’ll prospect, engage, and consult with decision-makers across industries to promote the company's suite of services. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new prospects across target industries and regions
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and web research
  • Qualify and respond to inbound inquiries to assess business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow the CRM database with accurate contact and company information
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their asset management needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client meetings and proposal development
  • Work closely with business development leadership to advance leads through the qualification phase
  • Represent the company at occasional client meetings and industry exhibitions across Europe
  • Participate in regular team meetings with global colleagues

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales or business development, across European markets
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong prospecting mindset – a “hunter” who thrives on creating new opportunities
  • Proficient in using online platforms and tools for research and outreach
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with global colleagues
  • Confident, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
  • Additional European language skills are a plus, but not required; German speaker would be an advantage

Location: Home-based (occasional office visits required)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (suggested range £30,000–£38,000) + commission package
