Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are looking for a proactive outbound sales support officer who has the confidence to approach potential new customers and is happy to pick up the phone to drive revenue and long-term partnerships with customers for a client based in the Bridgend Area. The role will combine new business generation along with long-term relationship management and be a trusted partner to customers.
Benefits
- Salary: starting at £26k plus commission working a 34 hour week
- Commission: Monthly commission
- Bonus: Profit related bonus

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales Director to help achieve sales to new and existing accounts
- Identify and obtain new accounts through proactive prospecting
- Social media updates
- CMS Data Input and record keeping
- Provide high levels of customer care, escalating any problems that arise
- Must be experienced in cold calling and comfortable with it.
- Ability to work on own initiative and essential to be a team member.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Previously worked in a business-to-business sales environment
- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Some previous sales experience is essential
- Interpersonal skills, especially building rapport and relationships
- Outgoing and enjoys relating to others
