This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food preparation and kitchen operations., * Assist with the preparation of food items under the guidance of chefs and cooks.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.

• Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.

• Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a hygienic work environment at all times.

• Assist with basic cooking tasks when required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen team.

• Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to maintain cleanliness standards.
