A leading asset manager in London is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead their front office team. Paying up to £130k base plus bonuses up to 30%, you will be based out of their city of London offices 3 days a week.

You will be responsible for the leadership of their technology, projects, and people within the front office team that work on their cloud-based platform. You will lead the existing software development team but also be responsible for the growth of a 2nd team as the business plans to build a new investment data platform.

You will have experience leading a team within technology at a financial organization and have strong business knowledge within investment and asset management.

Key Skills And Experience

• Experience leading teams of 5-10 people plus
• Project management responsibilities e.g. Agile, Scrum
• Software development experience ideally in Python or Java
• Manage all phases of the software development life cycle from requirements gathering, design, implementation to testing and deployment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience in building data analytics platforms in the investment and asset management domain
