Job Responsibilities

  • Creating and overseeing comprehensive work plans and project schedules, ensuring the project’s delivery aligns with the business objectives. Applying a hands-on approach, you will be leading the delivery to meet established time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Fostering strong working relationships with team members, peers, and vendors to guarantee the successful achievement of project goals. Identifying the necessary resources to meet objectives and managing them efficiently.
  • Overseeing the implementation and testing of new systems, as well as their integration with existing systems, in alignment with the defined project scope.
  • Establishing and maintaining structured processes for managing project scope throughout its lifecycle, setting clear quality and performance standards, and evaluating potential risks. Providing regular updates to business stakeholders and other relevant parties, covering strategy, adjustments, and overall project progress.
  • Ensuring a smooth service transition, including the setup and execution of the aftercare phase, to ensure stable service delivery post-project completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • A strong history of working on technology initiatives, especially in the implementation of ERP solutions. Financial system implementation experience is desired.
  • Pragmatic approach to continuous improvement, ensuring systems are always utilized to the best of their ability.
  • Capable of working effectively across all organizational levels, fostering a collaborative environment and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Able to influence others and align teams towards a unified vision or goal.
  • Sharp business acumen, with a solid understanding of organizational dynamics and the challenges that come with large-scale transformation programs.
  • A financial background, i.e., accountant, financial managers, etc., is desirable but not a necessity.
