This is a hybrid role, offering the chance to be part of a dynamic team while maintaining flexibility.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nLead and support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Core HCM.\\n\\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the system.\\n\\nProvide subject matter expertise on Core HCM functionality and best practices.\\n\\nSupport testing, data migration, and change management activities.\\n\\nDeliver knowledge transfer and guidance to internal teams.\\n\\nSkills & Experience:\\n\\nProven track record in Workday Core HCM implementation.\\n\\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\\n\\nHands-on configuration expertise within Workday.\\n\\nPrevious experience working on large-scale, complex programmes.\\n\\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\\n\\nIf you feel that you have the skills and experience to perform to a high standard in this role, please apply online today or call Matthew at JGA for further information.
