Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
The Role
This is a hands-on Payroll Manager position within a busy, well-structured bureau environment. You’ll manage end-to-end payroll delivery for a diverse client portfolio while leading and developing a capable payroll team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team
- Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high service standards
- Act as a key client contact, resolving complex payroll queries
